"Trails" by Lockhart Artist Amy Jones

Trails By Amy Jones | Amy Awesomeness Art & Design Trails is a handcrafted sculptural wall hanging that invites the viewer to contemplate the many paths we travel and the people we encounter along the way. Its winding forms represent life’s journey—and, more subtly, the campaign trail—with intricate sections symbolizing more difficult passages and simpler stretches reflecting moments when the road feels easier. The varying paths suggest journeys both long and short, while the suspended shapes represent the different souls we meet along the way. Though each follows an individual course, the elements remain connected and intertwined, creating an overall sense of balance and shared experience. Rendered in soft shades of red and blue, the piece acknowledges different perspectives without allowing either to dominate. Whether viewed from top to bottom or bottom to top, every trail ultimately leads somewhere—a thoughtful reminder that our paths may differ, but our lives and experiences remain connected.
